What I was pointing out is the fact that, regardless of what the 'neighbourhood plan' comes up with,
'they cannot promote less development than set out in the strategic policies for the area, or undermine those strategic policies'.
That means the town centre development cannot be changed or undermined by any local residents ideas.
I'm saying this because a majority of people will put forward ideas trying to stop town centre development and change.
Seems the resident WW gobshite is also an expert on town planning.
Personally, I wouldn't let him change the lightbulb in my shithouse.
